Our program to help orphans in Ukraine was selected as one of the top GreatNonprofits 2022

Universal Aid for Children announced today it has been named a “2022 Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading website for community recommendations of charities and nonprofits.
Universal Aid for Children provides healthcare, education and emotional support to orphans in Ukraine, the result of our activities against the backdrop of Russia's military aggression in Ukraine is the evacuation of orphans from war zones and assistance to refugee families and children with special needs. This year, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, has been one of the most difficult in the history of our organization. But as the rating shows, we are successfully coping with our tasks.
The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is based on the rating and number of reviews that Universal Aid for Children received from volunteers, donors and aid recipients.
“ Universal Aid for Children (UAC) is amazing! This past year I have watched as it struggled through a second COVID-19 year as it continued to serve its scholarship students, refugees, and others in need in the Odesa area of Ukraine. Then after the illegal and criminal second Russian invasion of Ukraine this year, seeing how UAC has stepped to the challenge of responding to the adverse impact of a new wave of refugees, ability to continue educational goals, loss of jobs and income, food shortage, increased need of medical supplies and material, and the impact on its team in Odesa. UAC, with the help of its caring and loving sponsors and organizations, has been able to help more people and increase its level of support to each area of its program. Please prayerfully consider giving to UAC or increasing you level of support. SALVA UKRAINE! And God bless the USA and all its loving and generous people "

I have been a proud sponsor of UAC for over 5 years and am amazed at the hard work being done at UAC. During the war - UAC has continued to support their students and programs, despite the numerous challenges. The UAC is a fantastic organization that is making a difference in the lives of Ukrainians

Universal Aid for Children (UAC) in Ukraine is an organization that allowed me to support an orphan boy (that I had met there while on a mission trip) finish school. They even helped me to support him later at a time when he was in the military and didn’t have much of any support. I have gotten to know some of the leaders because they have taken the time to email me, call me, and have even invited me to events of Ukrainian heritage. And I know that they are accountable with donations provided, because I have been able to contact the children I support and they let me know that they have received the money and other aid.
