We have an opportunity to help orphans in Ukraine
I am a student in the 11th grade of orphanage school #5. I was born on February 26, 2000 in Izmail. My father was a policeman, and my mother was a secretary at school. My mother died in 2007, she was killed. My father was sent to prison.
After it happened, I stayed in the shelter for more than a year. My grandmother became a guardian for me and my elder brother. We lived in Izmail until my grandmothers death in 2012. Then my uncles wife became my guardian, and I lived in Mayaky until 2016.
I did well in sports, and then I was transferred to orphanage #5. My elder brother became addicted to alcohol, he was expelled from the university and he is unemployed now. My dream is to finish school and to go to Odessa National Maritime university.
I have loved the sea from my childhood, and I always wanted to travel. I want to be a ship mechanic. I like to repair the equipment and different mechanisms. I like sports, especially soccer. My team won the cup in the championship among teen teams, we were champions and received a bronze medal. Twice I was awarded the title of the best player of the season, and the best attacker.
I am very glad to be in your Program. Thank you very much for accepting me into your family! Sergey
